1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services, products, or digital assets offered by Beavermind, a brand operated by RD Consulting Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Services

We offer AI automation strategy, consulting, and implementation services for business clients. The specific scope and deliverables will be defined in your individual service agreement or onboarding document.

3. Payments & Fees

Fees are due as stated in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in paused delivery or termination of service. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our services are highly customized, strategic, and implementation-based, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once work has commenced or access to proprietary systems has been provided.

For clients on recurring service agreements, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges. Requests made after this window will apply to the following billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, systems, and deliverables we provide remain the intellectual property of RD Consulting Ltd unless expressly transferred. You are granted a non-transferable license for business use only.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect all confidential information shared during the engagement. This clause survives termination.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific financial results. To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if terms are breached. You may terminate service with written notice, subject to terms in the original service agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
