Refund Policy

At Beavermind, operated by RD Consulting Ltd (Company No. 3129374, Hong Kong), we provide highly customized consulting, strategy, and automation implementation services. Because of the tailored nature of our work, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once services have commenced or access to proprietary systems has been provided.

For clients on recurring service agreements, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid additional charges. Requests made after this period will apply to the following billing cycle.
